1. Services

 

Get X Media provides digital marketing services including advertising campaign management, SEO, social media management, website development, and AI-powered automation. Our Cortex Command platform integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google on behalf of our clients.

 

2. Client Data and Advertising

 

When we manage advertising campaigns on your behalf, we access your advertising accounts and data solely to provide contracted services. We comply with all applicable platform policies including Meta Advertising Policies and Google Advertising Policies.

 

3. Lead Generation Data

 

Consumer data collected through lead generation campaigns belongs to our client. We act as a data processor and do not sell, share, or use consumer lead data for any purpose beyond campaign fulfillment. All lead data handling complies with PIPEDA, GDPR (where applicable), and Meta Lead Ads Terms of Service.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

All creative assets and deliverables produced by Get X Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client per the service agreement.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

Get X Media is not liable for advertising platform policy changes, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or campaign performance outcomes beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

 

6. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Alberta courts.
