Information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, business details, website address, and anything else you submit through our forms or in communication with our team.
Marketing audit requests: when you request a free audit, the website address and email you submit, used to generate and send your report.
Cookies and analytics: we use cookies and analytics tools to understand website traffic, remember preferences, and improve our services. These may record your device and browser type and the pages you visit.
SMS consent data: when you opt in to text messages, we log your consent and phone number for compliance.

SMS communications and consent

When you provide your phone number and explicitly opt in, you may receive SMS messages from Get X Media about service updates, website updates, meetings, and general work communication. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. The Cortex mobile app

Cortex is our client portal app. It gives Get X Media clients a live view of the marketing work we perform for them. Accounts are created by invitation only; there is no public sign-up. In addition to the information described above, the app collects:

Account details: your name, email address, and phone number, provided when your account is invited and set up.
Photos and files you upload: for example, job-site photos you choose to share for use in your marketing. These are stored securely and used only to deliver your marketing services.
Push notifications: a device notification token, if you enable notifications, used to send service updates such as new reviews and completed work.
Diagnostics: a user identifier and crash reports, used to find and fix problems in the app.

The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites and contains no third-party advertising. Payments connected to your services are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card or bank details. You can request deletion of your account at any time directly in the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing us; deletion requests are actioned within 7 days.

Data security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access is restricted to team members and partners with a genuine business need.
